# Implementation Report

## **Supermarket**

To use **Controller360**, some routine adjustments must be made in **VR Master**, including:

## **Commercial monitoring**;

**1.** All entry and exit types considered Merchandise Purchases or inbound and outbound transfers must be configured under ***Administrative Queries***\_ > **Entry and Exit**\_ (configured);

**2.** Sales must follow the correct process through the POS;

**3.** Commercial Categories must be properly defined (1) – Remove all products from “To Be Assigned,” leaving this category completely inactive. After reorganizing the Commercial Categories, deactivate those without transactions in Controller360 so that the information is clearer for analysis;

**4.** POS consistency checks must be performed daily;

* *Recording **Loss, Breakage, and Consumption in Inventory**:*\
  *Verify that these records are entered carefully and correctly when the loss, breakage, use, or consumption occurs*;\
  *(routine performed under **Inventory** > **Loss** > **Breakage** > **Consumption**);*

## **Financial Monitoring and Results Calculation;**

**1.** Record all expenses under > ***Financial***\_ > **Accounts Payable**\_;\
**(internally verify whether all expenses are recorded, including partner withdrawals and bank fees);**

**2.** Card fees must be configured in the Receivables Settings;

**3.** Invoice entries must update Accounts Payable;

**Keep pos Closing up to Date**\
Follow the three steps below as described
-----------------------------------------

**1.** ***Financial***\_ > **Cashier** > **POS Closing**\_ (verification of amounts received against the amounts recorded in the system);

**2.** ***Financial***\_ > **Cashier** > **Finalization**\_ (overview of the previous day’s POS transactions);

**3.** ***Financial***\_ > **Cashier** > **Management** > **Credit Card**\_ on the Closing date;

> [card] Note: Bank reconciliation is essential to ensure that all store inflows and outflows are properly recorded. Entry and exit configuration is essential for actual purchase values to be imported correctly. Therefore, it should only be changed when a new entry type that genuinely represents a purchase is created. Merchandise sales must not be included as exits because they are already recorded as sales, which would duplicate the values in the analyses.
